Lactation Consultations
Offering in-home and virtual visits, typically within 48 hours of your initial call.
I am here to support you if you recently welcomed a new baby into your life and are having difficulties with feeding or simply want to learn more about breastfeeding and/or chest feeding. I am certified in assessing tongue, lip, and cheek ties and can determine if an appointment for a frenotomy would be recommended.

Whether your baby is receiving breast milk, formula, or is ready to transition to solids, my focus is on ensuring that your child is well-nourished. I can help ensure that your child is growing well and expanding their food options over time. We can also discuss how to establish a healthy home food environment so that your baby continues to thrive as they grow. I can also provide guidance on safe and appropriate food (or formula) choices for your baby.

Child Nutrition
If you or your pediatrician have any concerns about your child’s food intake or nutritional health, I’m here to help. Far too often our “wonderful” eaters become picky eaters seemingly overnight. I am here to help find sustainable, nourishing foods for your child (and your whole family). Please note: I do not support direct weight loss efforts in children and do not offer diet plans as such.

I can assess your readiness for physical activity as well and help determine the type of movement that will work for your body at this time. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, any relevant nutrition concerns you have will be addressed.
